Biography
Shailendra K Verma (PhD) is senior scientist at Defence Research and Development Establishment, Gwalior, India. He received his PhD in Biotechnology from Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow, India. He completed postdoctoral research at University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska and University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, USA
Dr. Verma also had been a principal investigator of various projects; identification of immunodominant antigens and their characterization as subunit vaccine candidates against Typhoid, Brucellosis and viral agents like Japanese encephalitis and Dengue virus in mouse model. He published a number of articles in international journals and editorial board member of many international journals.
