Biography

Assist. Prof. Dr. Seher Dirican is a researcher in Cumhuriyet University, Department of Fisheries in Turkey. He holds the MSc degree in Biology in 2001 at the Mu?la University, Turkey. He received his PhD degree in Marin-Inland Water Sciences and Technology in 2005 from the Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences, Ege University in Turkey. From March 2013, he is Assistant Professor at the Cumhuriyet University. His research interests focus on aquatic biology, ecology, water quality, water pollution, taxonomy, ecotoxicology, aquaculture and environment. He has authored several publications in various journals.
