Biography
Dr Rahul Bhargava is an anterior segment surgeon and Professor of Ophthalmology at School of Medical Sciences & Research at Sharda University. He received his bachelor degree (MBBS) from BBA Bihar University and master?s degree (MS) in Ophthalmology from Himachal Pradesh University. He was a postdoctoral fellow at L.V. Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad India where he did his anterior segment surgery specialization. He started his carrier from Rotary Eye Hospital, Palampur India. His area of expertise is cataract, glaucoma, uveitis and cornea. He is actively involved in research and has more than 33 International publications and 30 national publications as first author in world famous journals with more than 300 citations. His area of research is uveitis, posterior capsule opacification and ocular surface disorders. He has presented numerous research papers in both national and International conferences and is a member editorial board of many International journals of repute.
