Biography

I am a research fellow at University of Trento Italy. During my scientific career I have been dealing with the synthesis of water gas shift reaction catalysts (Chromium, Molybdenum and Tungsten carbonyls) and the synthesis and the mechanism investigation of Iridium metal carbonyls for the industrial synthesis of Acetic Acid from methanol (the CativaTM process). Moreover I have been investigating palladium metal deposition over alumina membrane for the production of heterogeneous hydrogenation catalysts.
