Primary care medicines

Primary care medicine is defined as primary care of integrated, accessible health care services by clinicians and practioner who are accountable for addressing a large majority of healthcare needs. In deed they develop a sustained partnership with patients, and practicing in the context of family and community. The care mainly includes patient–clinician relationship, over the time and predicated on the development the primary care medicine turned out as a context, and an integrated delivery system.
