Mental health is the range of psychological well-being, absence of mental disorders. It is the psychological state of a person who is functioning at a satisfactory level of emotional and behavioral adjustment. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It includes how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determining how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.
