Leukemia is cancer of blood cells mainly white blood cells (Leucocytes) the DNA of immature white blood cells becomes damaged in some ways, this abnormality causes the white blood cells to grow divide continuously, The abnormal blood cells do not die when they should, and accumulate, occupying more space, they impede the function and growth of healthy white blood cells by crowding out space in the blood.
