Abstract:

Aim: The aim of the present study is to co relate visual acuity and stereopsis on ocular deviation Methods: A pilot, cross sectional, non-randomized study was performed at tertiary eye care centres within a period of one year. The study was approved by ethics committee of SSJS. Visual acuity, and stereopsis were assessed statistically using microsoft office excel and SPSS software version 20 in cases of ocular deviation Results: In cases of ocular deviation, mean values of visual acuity and steropsis are 0.196 log units and 80 seconds of ARC respectively which shows significant deterioration Conclusion: Ocular deviation significantly deteriorates the visual acuity and srereopsis
