Biography

He received Doctor of Science from the Institute of Biological Chemistry at Academia Sinica, Taiwan and the Institute of Bioinformatics and Structural Biology at National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan (under mentorship of Dr. Ming-Daw Tsai). He received Master of Science in Chemical Biology from National Pingtung University of Education (under mentorship of Dr. Kelvin H.-C. Chen and Dr. Sunney I. Chan) in 2009 and his B.S degree in Science Education from National Pingtung University of Education (under Dr. She-Wen Lin) in 2007

Research Interest

Bio-Analytical Chemistry Protein characterization by MALDI-TOF-MS and samle preparation by in-gel digestion for ESI-MS. Experimenced in characterizing biophysical properties of proteins using various Spectroscopic Techniques like: UV-Vis, Fluorescence, and Chircular Dichroism (CD). Experimenced in characterizing biophysical properties of proteins using Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), Analytical Ultracentrifuge (AUC), and Size Exclusion Chromatography wirh multi-angle static light scattering (SEC-MALS). Experimenced in analyzing protein-protein interaction or protein-ligand interaction using MicroCal ITC, Biacore SPR, pull-down assay, split-GFP system, Microscale THermonphoresis Monolith (MST) and Bio-Layer INterometer Octet Red96.
