Biography

Chen-Wei Yang (xx709@fy.edu.tw) is an associate professor and Chairman in the Department of Information Management at Fooyin University. He received his Ph. D from graduate school of management, I-Shou University. His research interests are concerned with knowledge creation in health care sector, the institutional effects on the knowledge creation, knowledge and innovation management, organization theory and strategic management and Health Policy. He has completed a number of sponsored research projects funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan.
