Population growth and industrialization demand huge amounts of natural resources to be mined and processed to create products that are essential for various infrastructures that are the backbones of day-to-day life. This leads to various new industries to be developed. Organizing belonging to chemical producing industries have more than 70,000 products from raw materials such as water, metals, minerals, air, oil, and natural gas.

The age of industrialization coincided with the birth of heavy chemical manufacturing that produce chemicals in large amount. So that Pollution prevention approaches can be applied to all potential and real pollution-producing action, such as those found in the energy, agriculture, federal, users and industrial organization [1]. Protection practices are essential for preserving wetlands, groundwater sources and other critical ecosystemsareas in which we mostly want to stop pollution before it start.

Significance of pollution prevention

Pollution abetment is a process that decrease, eliminates, or prevents pollution from its source. It is, also known as "source reduction," is the prevention was better than cure approach to waste management. Limited pollution means slight hazards posed to public health and the environment. In agricultural sector, pollution prevention appear includes- Reducing the use of water and chemical feed; Protection of sensitive areas. In energy sector, pollution prevention includes- use of environmental friendly fuel sources; improve efficiency in energy use [2]. In school and home sector we do- Fixed leaky faucets and hoses; naturally turning off lights when not in use; Using eco-friendly water bottles instead of throw-out; Trading to "green" cleaners. Pollution management and prevention in industrial sector- Apply water and energy management practices; Using eco-friendly or less toxic chemicals as floor cleaner, oil remover and other maintenance chemicals; Improve a production process to produce less garbage; Recycling materials such as drums and pallets rather than dumping of them as garbage. This process needs some other technics also such as, improve equipment or technology system, Include integrated resource

According to Environmental Protection Act 1986 approved by the central government to protect and enhance environmental planning into project planning system, Replace raw materials. quality control and decrease pollution from all sources, and forbid or control the setting and /or operation of any industrial advantage on environmental state. This process decreases both economic costs. Garbage management and clean-up and environmental costs (health issue and environmental problem).

Pollution prevention save the environment by persevering and protecting natural resources while boost economic growth through more systematic production in industry and low need for households, businesses and communities to handle pollutants. Defense of our environment is one of our major duty and a natural way of responsible for self and for our future generations. There are several points that would help reduce the impact of our utilizing habits. Limitation on the use of fossil fuels should be applied. At their place, the usage of unconventional sources of energy should be motivated. Emission of co2 and other greenhouse gases should be surely controlled to save our environment from the threat of Global warming [3].
