Figure 2. Cholangiography via a percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage tube showed a cancerous stricture at the hepatic duct just below the junction of the bilateral biliary ducts. The initial diagnosis was obstructive jaundice caused by cholangiocarcinoma arising from a hepatic hilum.
