Bladder
Figure 3. Bladder compliance was normal during the filling phase with detrusor pressures (Pdet) of less than 25 cm of H2O reached out of capacity of approximately 300 ml. Total intravesical pressure capacity was approximately 40 cm of H2O. The patient had delayed onset of sensation of fullness but very quickly had a strong urge to void. During the voiding effort, a detrusor contraction of 58 cm H2O was achieved and sustained accompanied by a large amount of abdominal straining and incomplete relaxation of the external sphincter (EMG), possible evidence of pseudodyssynergia. This patient did not void in a relaxed manner. However, she did have adequate strength of her detrusor contraction..
