Figure 1.During the video-urodynamics, the patient was on supine position and monitored fluoroscopically. The bladder was filled with dilute contrast. Fluoroscopic control revealed a smooth walled bladder during the filling phase with a closed bladder neck. The patient experienced some reflux of urine into the duodenum segment and into the pancreatic duct during the height of the filling phase and especially during the voiding phase.
