Figure 1: Effects of idazoxan and efaroxan on the viability of BRIN-BD11 cells. Cultured BRIN-BD11 cells were treated with either increasing concentrations of idazoxan or with 100 μM efaroxan, as shown. After incubation for 24 h, the viability of the cells was measured by virtue of their ability to promote MTS reduction. Results are mean values±SEM (n=8).
