Polymyalgia Rheumatic

Polymyalgia Rheumatic is abbreviated as PMR, is a syndrome with pain or stiffness, usually in the neck, shoulders, upper arms and hips, but which may occur all over the body. The pain can be very sudden, or may occur gradually over a period. It can be caused by an inflammation of blood vessels such as temporal arteritis. The pain and stiffness can weaken the patient if not treated, and may lead to severe depression
