Absence of discrimination based on patient’s physical gender in opportunities, allocation of resources or benefits and access to health care services, is known as gender equality. There can be many situations where male could have to face inequity. By ensuring that health care environment is gender inclusive, promoting health care literature for non-gender-specific diseases, developing gender inclusive policies and procedures and promoting communication to use gender inclusive language, male gender equality can be obtained in health care.
