Aging well in men includes taking care on many levels; it not only includes staying physically healthy but also emotionally. There are different diseases which get more common in aging men but proactive actions like healthy eating, exercising, and managing stress can help reduce the risk of chronic disease or injuries later in life. With increase in age, memory loss gets very common due to weakening of hormones and proteins that protect and repair brain cells and stimulate neural growth. Avoiding smoking, taking a walk, ampule amount of sleep helps to get over the problem.
