Dr. Juliano De Dea lindner currently working as Professor of Food Microbiology in Federal University of Santa Catarina - UFSC. Completed his Ph.D in Food Science and Technology, University of Parma, Italy and Masters in Food Safety Technology, University of Parma, Italy. He is Head of the Food Science and Technology Department since 2017. Postdoctorate in the Department of Bioprocess and Agricultural Biotechnology at Federal University of ParanĂ¡, Curitiba, Brazil.
