Biography

Abhijeet has about 15 years of experience in the area of Public health in India, South Africa and United Kingdom. This includes 5 years extensive International work experience in HIV South Africa (HIVSA), Johannesburg, South Africa & Sussex Partnership NHS trust-National Health services (NHS), England. Abhijeet has presented several papers in National and International forums and his papers have been published in peer reviewed journals. He has awarded PHD in Public Health by US University for his contribution in Public Health. Abhijeet studied Post graduation in Public Health and Management (PGDPHM) from Institute of Post Graduate medicine, Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS), University of Brighton, UK https://www.bsms.ac.uk/postgraduate/ He has also studied (PGDM-RM), with specialization in Project management, from Xavier Institute of Social Services (XISS), Ranchi https://www.xiss.ac.in/. Abhijeet has been awarded International Fellowships, Scholarships and secure Awards such as Leadership Development Mechanism(LDM)India- Packard Fellow, Common Purpose UK fellow and he is also a fellow of Royal Society for Public Health, (FRSPH) UK. He was awarded Chancellor International Scholarship (University of Sussex) Brighton International scholarship (University of Brighton) to pursue his studies. He has also attended University of Cambridge short course on International development, Leadership course in Management of Development Projects & Program, ICDC, Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand and also done Executive management course in Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore.
