Biography
She had an academic degree at Hacettepe University as assistant professor in 1995 and associate professor in 1997. After that, she worked at Baylor Sports Medicine Institute, Houston-Texas as ?Fellow? in 1998. She won International Scholar Award belongs to American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and went to Baylor Sports Medicine Institute Houston-Texas as researcher for 2 months in 1999.
She is also currently Chief of Association of Turkish Kinesio Taping and Secretary General of Turkish Sports Physiotherapy Association and responsible for giving the post graduate courses including mobilizations and manipulation techniques for lower and upper extremities, lumbar and cervical regions, and Kinesio Taping Basic and Advanced Courses for Sports Physiotherapists in Turkey as an instructor. She is served as a chair of Research Committee on behalf of Kinesio Taping Association International since 2008.
Dr. Baltaci has dedicated most of her time on teaching and specially working on research projects in subjects of sports medicine and physiotherapy. She has several research papers published in various International Publications and paper presentations at the International Congresses.
She is also working as a faculty member at East Mediterrian University at Nicosia that is one of the finest schools in Nicosia.Dr. Baltaci is married and has one daughter.
