This paper aims to examine the intellectual capital performance and its relationship with market value and financial performance in Iran for the period 1997 to 2007. This study uses annual time series data and unit root tests and analyze them using Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model by Pesaran et al. (2001). The results showed that there is a significant relationship between intellectual capital and financial performance and there is a nonsignificant relationship between intellectual capital and market value. It is obvious that in Iranian trade, sources of human development is one of the significant generally factors in successfully economic.
