Abstract

Relationship between organizational culture with effectiveness of staffs of physical education offices of Mazandaran province

Organizational culture has been shown to influence organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this study is the relationship between organizational culture with effectiveness of staffs of physical education offices of Mazandaran province. The method of study is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted the staffs of physical education offices of Mazandaran province (the number 151) according to the purpose, the sample volume was selected with statistical community (N=n). For data collection, tow questionnaires of organizational culture of Marshall Sashkin and effectiveness of Hamidi was used. Reliability these questionnaires based on Cronbach’s alpha coefficient are respectively 0/76 and 0/93. For drawing of tables and charts is used by descriptive statistics and for knowledge of normal distribution of data and the relationship between organizational culture with effectiveness of staffs of physical education offices in Mazandaran province is used by inferential statistics. The results showed that between organizational culture with none of the components of effectiveness (organizational commitment, work motivation, the amount of negative resistance against change, improving quality) there is no significant relationship. So the managers can change the culture of governing agencies such as providing the perfect environment for employees, enhance the value of continuing education in the field of work to improve their effectiveness.
